What We Do
Renovations
A renovation could be a kitchen, bathroom, basement, home office – or involve multiple rooms. We may be changing structure or room configurations and removing most surfaces and materials to reset the space to fit your vision. We expect renovations to take 6 weeks to 4 months (or more pending scope) and to showcase a number of our trade partners at team members.
Projects
A project could be a fireplace remodel, build in, flooring change, door replacement, paint job or other similar work. We expect these projects to have a couple of our team members or trade partners involved and last 2 days to 2 weeks depending on vision.
New Construction
If there are new foundations, we call it new construction. From a one room addition to a new custom home, we have the trusted team members and trade partners to bring your vision into reality. We expect new construction to take 4 months to 2 years and to include the majority of our trusted partners.
Home Services
Our home services are for people who want the noise of home ownership to fade to the background so they can spend their time enjoying friends, family and hobbies. We position ourselves as the one point of contact to solve maintenance, repair and service needs, providing expert oversight and care for the life of your home.
