It seems the development will impact approximately 0.57 acres of wetlands. To address this, DCM plans to utilize EGLE Land Bank Mitigation Credits and obtain the necessary permits. In total, less than 8 acres will be disturbed during this construction, which includes the clearing of some vegetation and limited tree removal. Ensuring the wetlands are maintained is a priority, with plans for a culvert to connect wetland areas, so the ecological balance remains intact.
