A project this size requires multiple phases if the client is going to stay in the home while construction is underway. We began our work in three upstairs bedrooms, applying some interesting wainscotting and beginning the work of changing all of the doors (over 50) to a beautiful stained solid core Alder door. Phase 2 was the kitchen, laundry, living room and basement, with beautiful Amish made cabinetry and stunning quartzite countertops. Our final phase included the master suite, staircase, foyer, den and beautiful front door. It was fun to come back after everything was finished and complete a mini-remodel on the garage, with additional storage, epoxy floors and those finishing touches to make sure we addressed every inch of the home, making it just what these homeowners hoped for.
It’s great to hear how proud these clients are of what we worked together to create. They know they invested in their home and their enjoyment when they designed this project. We believe that spending for how that room will feel everytime you walk into it matters as much as (if not more in the right situations) honoring the monetary value of your home.
