Valley Forge Home Remodel

With a kitchen recently remodeled, there were three key features that we brought to life in this (almost) whole home renovation.  The cast concrete fireplace, the wine coolers/wet bar and the master suite were the key hubs that the rest of the work revolved around.

With a kitchen recently remodeled, there were three key features that we brought to life in this (almost) whole home renovation.  The cast concrete fireplace, the wine coolers/wet bar and the master suite were the key hubs that the rest of the work revolved around.

Our clients sometimes like to stay put, so phases it is!  Taking on everything on the first floor besides the foyer, we were excited to create spray foamed enclosures for the wine area and a custom bar area for entertaining.  The tasteful shift from a rustic stone fireplace to a more modern/timeless floating hearth with a floor to ceiling cast surround, flanked by floating shelves.  The removal of tile to replace with wide plank white oak.  In phase two we removed and rebuilt the staircase structure to accommodate open tread ends, replacing carpet with hardwood.  We configured the master area to accommodate a separate toilet area, his and hers sinks, a wet room with a tub and curbless shower and a second story laundry room and closet to suit the vision.

With something addressed in every room, we were quite pleased with the finished project.  A home that had not be updated for years now has some timeless finishes that will provide interest and conversation for years to come.
